We have no need for artificial flavoring. Our products boast peerless taste and mouthfeel because we spare no effort in sourcing the very best ingredients, leaving their excellent natural flavors to do their own job.

Our preservative is not a chemical, but an organic tropical fruit that is exceptionally rich in Vitamin C: Acerola Cherry. With its available electrons it neutralizes free radicals, preventing them from degrading our products. It then does the same to you, preventing free radicals from assailing your DNA, thus slowing your aging and lowering your risk of cancer, atherosclerosis, and other debilitating conditions. This way, instead of harming you, our preservative only boosts your health.

We have no need for additives. We work with our ingredients’ own phytochemistry. To create our “binder,” we immerse flaxseed and chia seeds in raw, crushed tomatoes or in raw, blended blueberries.

For crunch, we use raw cocoa nibs, which are a good source of flavanols. We also use nutritious seeds, which are good sources of protein and Omega 3.

Our emulsifier is nothing but raw, flavanol-rich cocoa paste (100% chocolate) that has neither been denatured by Dutch-processing nor altered into cocoa butter and powder.

Cocoa nibs come from the pods of the theobroma tree. For commercial chocolatiers they are heat-treated and processed. Our cocoa nibs are gently fermented and sundried.

With every delivery of cocoa paste and cocoa nibs we receive documentation attesting to their ultra-low levels of heavy metals. These metals naturally occur in the ground, and cannot be completely eliminated.

To deactivate antinutrients that naturally occur in nuts and seeds we gently roast them. This way, we make more of their nutrition bioavailable while minimizing vitamin loss.

To preserve the nutritional values of our granolas and crackers, we gently dehydrate them.

None of our ingredients contains anti-caking agents, and that includes our salt. Our salt does contains iodine, a very important nutrient. We relentlessly searched for a salt like this, and this is the only type we use.
